Security Deposit (refundable)
A refundable security deposit of 10,000 MXN (500 USD) in cash is required, returned at check-out if no damage is found to the property after a brief inspection (20 minutes).
Electricity is not included
The house has solar panels, and only the extra electricity consumed beyond what the panels generate is charged. A photo of the meter is taken at check-in and check-out; the kWh difference is multiplied by 3.5 (MXN) to calculate the amount owed.
Cancellation Policy: Strict
There is no refund of accommodation fees or date changes in the event of a reservation cancellation.
